A letter from April 7th, 2017

Dear 19 year old me, Happy Birthday! How are you? Its only been several months. Do you have your pro-serve? Did you get the job? Or even go back to school? If you remember correctly i wrote this letter on the computer at the office on a gloomy Friday afternoon listening to Ricky Martin and David Bowie. Hows Nico? I just love him already. we've only had him for about three weeks now. he sleeps in the wierdest positions its so cute. im wearing one of his collars on my arm. Are you? i hope hes been a good boy. what are you doing for your birthday?any big plans? do you have a date? if you do, i hope theyre good for you. if not i hope you get out of that soon and im sorry i hate you so much. ...did you delete her emails yet?... shes out of your life. i know you miss her but youve been too attached and you need to let her go. you havent spoken in almost two years. maybe life will be good to you and youll be able to move on. i hope you stopped the prozac. i dont think it was helping. just made me feel awful and hate myself. how are mum and dad? the kids? i hope theyre doing okay. did you get your bedroom back yet? i have an even better question to ask you... did you cut your hair? i know dad told us to wait till after the sundance but i think im going to cut it soon. i dont know yet. is it black? or red? i swear id rather be bald. im just kidding. dont shave your head. not yet. save that for when youre ready to let everything go.well. i think i should go now. ill write to you again for tomorrow. see you soon. i love you... i hope you know that.
