A letter from December 13th, 2013

Dear FutureMe, congratulations, that you are still alive in a world torn apart with violence, apathy and intolerance. congratulations that you are still in a place where you have access to internet and that is why you are reading this mail. first i will tell you about today, so you have completed till M Tech and have secured admission in PhD, currently you are at home, and you came across this site in an edition of reader's digest. this has been troubled times, the breakup, tough decision to give up the opportunity in Germany and any other preparation to go abroad, which you could have done with a little bit of effort. and all this in the light of a new dream, a dream which is also your last chance to reach the top. hope is that when you are reading this mail, you have achieved it, or believe me you are still the same loser who had written this mail. you might have had become anything, may have ended up in a cozy government job in a national lab, but if you are still a loser. and if you are one of those odd 4500 officers you aspire to be then, heartiest congratulations once again. i hope you have changed your rough attitude, which people complain about and you lost your love to. hope you have become a better person, more adept in handling surprise situations and a better decision maker. plan is that once you start your PhD you are going to break all your ties (i.e the few friends you still have), now that you have completed your PhD (hopefully) you have hopefully turned into a new leaf, a greener one ah! and i sincerely hope that you are still alone and have acquired the strength to remain so for the rest of your life, you have/had no right to get married, because you couldnt make her happy. well, probably i by now you have realized that things were pretty bad when this mail is being written. you know what i rarely smile now, i sincerely hope that you can at least laugh and smile. well that would be all. i would just paste the link of a video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2g9P8F7Gj6M which you used to watch often 5 yrs back and hope that the wait is over!!
