Have you ever been in a situation that made you feel like you're losing your mind… literally losing it, hallucinating, thinking that you’re mentally ill but you are not.
being scared to the point where you can’t even close your eyes to sleep, home feels like a random creepy place, the house you lived in all your life starts to feel empty, even when it’s full of people you love.
Staying awake at night and sleeping at noon or morning because you are simply scared, scared that you will have nightmares again
Scared that they will try to hurt you again.
most people think you are crazy and you like what you are living in, when in fact it’s actually ******* you from the inside, and not having someone to talk to about it makes it even worse,
You get to the point where you can’t take it anymore.
Feeling like you don’t belong here anymore…
But deep down, you know that you do belong here, you belong here.
You hear me??
You do belong here
It’s your life.
You belong in your life.
Forget about the nightmares and the bad memories, the things you had to go through alone.
Seeing people you care about suffer.
Seeing them cry.
feeling useless because you can’t help them.
Trying your hardest to belong.
To be.
To stay.
Not because you want to leave this life.
But because you can’t take it anymore.
You want something different.
You want your childhood trauma to disappear, to stop haunting you.
You want to be able to feel free again.
To laugh.
To be happy.
To sleep peacefully...
To make the nightmares go away.
To live like a normal teenager, to stay awake at night to watch a movie. Not because you are scared of nightmares and of what you will be seeing tonight in your nightmare.
you just want to be you again,
you try, and you fail.
but that doesn't mean that you will keep failing if you keep trying.
face your fears.
never give up.
stay safe people
