A letter from Oct 04, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Hi. I’m in a really ****** place right now. Alex and Gabe both want me to be their “understudy” which basically means that for the spring musical, I will either be mentored by Gabe, or by Alex and that decides whether I will be backstage manager or fly manager next year. Either way, it’s a great leadership Opportunity, but I would really prefer backstage manager. I could see myself doing both, and I know I would enjoy both, but if I get fly manager I know I will feel like I missed a great opportunity. I kind of only have one chance at backstage manager but they really need me for fly because no one else wants to do it. I feel so stuck in fly and I kinda regret my decision. Although, my other choice would have been sound and I’m glad that I didn’t do that. Now, lights would have been cool, but I’m not really disappointed that I do chose that. Anyways, I hope you ended up somewhere nice.
