Peaceful right?

To me, myself, and I: Hey. We're about halfway through the school year at this point. I don't know what's happening right now; what you need to hear, exactly. I wish we could send a letter to our past self. Help her out. Let her know it was gonna be ok. Tell her she needed help. That she had the power to speak out and get that help. That there was a reason for all the thoughts. That she could get rid of them. She just... needed to speak. I feel like that's something we struggle with. Badly. Speaking out. We just... can't get the words out, can we? We need to. I have hundreds of visions for the school year. I don't know which one we'll make happen. I hope at least one of them includes us being able to make a difference. I hope many of them include us being able to communicate about our ADHD. About how it is a disability. Good luck. Love you.
