Time Travelled — about 1 year

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, If you're reading this, happy birthday. It has been just over 2 months since you ended things with him. It has been roughly 1 month and 2 weeks since you found out the truth that would shatter your heart. And it has been 1 week since you stopped talking and writing about him. Well until now obviously, but you're doing good. You are in a better place now than you were a month ago, and hopefully you'll be happier in a year to come. It hurts, what happened and your heart broke. He was your first love, but that's okay. He taught you that you can live without him, and that you have a big heart that is capable of so much love. We are not seeking relationships of any kind currently in order to focus on our healing. Here's some good news though, you haven't cried in a week. Or re-read all those things we wrote. In the future there may be a time where we cry over him again but we're thinking of him less. That's progress and you should be proud. Some questions: -are you over him? -are you healed? -are you happy? Well, I can't wait to hear all about the crazy year ahead :) Love, PastMe
