Lettera del 25 marzo 2023 ♡

Dear me of the future, you know? Today I have a great announcement to make to you: I threw away the blades. Although I stopped self-mutilation on Sunday, March 12, 2023, today after announcing it to mama and sister, I finally threw the razor blades. It’s a relief, I kept them with me from Monday Aprile 5, 2021 and today, Thursday March 30, 2023 I throw them forever hope. I know that in the future you will always have difficult situations and that the fight against depression is still long butif I do nothing, no one will do it for me. You will receive this letter a year later and I hope that things on your side are better than they are now. And if not, please don’t lose hope. If I could do this today, then you too have the strength to face the difficulties. For once, I can tell you honestly, I’m proud of you. With love and affection, you from the past. ♡ _________________________________ Cara me del futuro, lo sai? Oggi ho un grande annuncio da farti: Ho buttato le lame. Anche se è da domenica 12 marzo 2023 che ho smesso l'auto mutilazione, oggi dopo averlo annunciato alla mama ed a la sorella, ho infine buttato le lame del rasoio. È un sollievo, le tenevo con me dal lunedì 5 aprire 2021 ed oggi, 30 marzo 2023 le butto per sempre spero. So che nel futuro avrai sempre situazione difficili e che il combattimento contro la depressione è ancora lungo ma se non faccio niente, nessuno lo farà per me. Riceverai questa lettera un anno dopo e spero che le cose dalla tua parte vanno meglio di quanto lo sono adesso. E se in contrario fosse, non perdere speranza ti prego. Se oggi sono riuscita a fare questo, allora anche tu hai la forza per affrontare le difficoltà. Per una volta posso dirtelo sinceramente, sono fiera di te. Con amore ed affetto, te del passato. ♡
