A letter from Jan 22, 2023

Dear FutureMe, Hi!!! This is Nikki!!! I'm 14 rn!! I will turn 15 this year, on December 21st of 2023!! The setting of this letter only lets me deliver the letter until I turn 28. 28 is the lowest age. Oh, well. I'll make the most of it!! It'll be 13 or 14 years by the time you receive this, right? Oh, wow. 13 or 14 years? That's like, double my whole life experience rn. I'm basically just starting life rn. Which means I have a lot more **** ahead of me. I wonder what it'll be? Heartbreak? Being laid off from a job? Grief? Loss? I don't know. All that matters to me right now is that I'm happy. Because I have a girlfriend, I'm in love, I have excellent friends, and I'm doing good in school. My cutting has stopped a bit, too! Overall, I'm doing so great! How about you? I don't know either. I do hope that you're okay, though.
