A letter from Jan 5th, 2022

Dear FutureMe, A full year have passed now, and I know it has been a surprising year in every way, as usual. We never really know what is expecting us when beginning a new 365-day-cycle, but we do know surprises will join us on the way. You had great expectations for this year, and you definitely did your best to achieve your goals. Let's review together your expectations for 2022. Your biggest hope was to reunite with your beloved sister. Did you get the chance to ? Did you create the opportunity to spend quality time with her ? At the beginning of the year, it had been two years without seeing her, and not a day passed without you missing her a lot, and thinking about her and how she could be feeling. May you have hugged her as much as you could when seeing her again. <3 Do you remember what was your main problem at the end of 2021 ? You felt like you were running after time, like you put up with time. I wish that this year, you learnt to handle your time properly, that you listened more to yourself and learnt to say "no" and respect your own boundaries. Professional plans : I know you ended 2021 feeling that your job wasn't completely satisfying, and looking for something else to do. Right now, one year later, I hope you found what was missing to you. Did you start a hobby ? Did you manage to have some fun in your job ? Did you start thinking in a business ? I'm pretty sure you did, and I want you to know that I'm proud of what you've done. Personal plans : - First of all : travels. Big plans for 2022 ! And lots of fun and adventure in sight. Did you have fun at Lisa's wedding ? How was your weekend with Lou in April ? And your holidays in May-June ? I'm pretty sure the RBF in Barcelona was wild as usual ! I'm glad you traveled the world this year, every trip is an opportunity to discover more about yourself and realign with yourself. - LOVE - SORORITE - AMITIE Those words are the ones supposed to describe the best what you've been through in 2022. Is it still relevant ? Did you enjoy the little moments you had with your loved ones ? Please let me know how you dealt with your friendships and with your love this year ! Your heart is so pure it should be full at all times. - Investments Invest your time in what makes you feel good - or in the way you have to go through to feel good. Not every moment can be pleasure, but every moment can lead you to pleasure. This year, you probably invested time in seeking for an apartment to invest in a property. It may have been tough, but this is a good start to diversify your revenue. You go girl ! Keep going. A lot happened this year, good times and hard times must have filled your year, but you're still the kind and caring person you were at the beginning of the year.
