A letter from Aug 5th, 2021

Dear Future readers, I dated my close friend for 3 days and then we called it quits. We are on a good page ,cause the whatever it was, didn’t feel right. We both have commitment issues so it wasn’t possible anyways. We are better as friends but I feel it would be awkward form now on. So older me, how is it going? (One thing I have noticed in all these letter written here is that everyone wants something from the future and won’t work on the present. ) So older me I will try my best to keep him in touch, it already feels normal tho. I do wish it lasted a little longer cause maybe then we would’ve realised it better. As soon as we “broke up” I wanted it back. Let’s see what the future holds. Maybe a new boyfriend? Maybe we get back together?Maybe we would stop talking? Maybe… whenever… okay… [these were our words (like inside jokes)] I know I never loved him, but liked him for sure (I hope I update y’all)
