A letter from December 18th, 2020

Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, I am tired. I am tired of a relationship where I feel controlled, oppressed, trapped, and the need to always prove my worth. I miss myself. I love myself away from him. I love how I dress. I love my hobbies. I love adventuring to different places alone. And I miss those aspects of me. Are you caring for yourself? Are you protecting your heart? Or is he still financially abusing you? Has he guilted you into being with him because you owe it to him? Has he hoarded your student loan debt and car payments over you? If you still feel this, LEAVE. LEAVE HIM NOW.
