A letter from December 14th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, The date today is the 15th of December 2020. This is probably the worst year ever because of many different reasons like a global pandemic but it has also been the best year because of the people I am surrounded by. Today is the last of school for the year 8s. Today is the day I'm going to have to say goodbye to some really amazing people. Whether they know it or not, they made me smile through the bad days. The smallest things, like a joke or a chat, is all I need to feel slightly better. The people around me is what keeps me going and motivated to not give up and give in. So, in conclusion, the good thing about this year was... people and family. I hope to be a better person next year and hope to be happier. I will make next year a good one by dumping bad thoughts, having a positive mindset, try harder and be mindful.
