A letter from August 14th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, We belong to a third world country. with that being said more corrupt, unjust and unreliable politicians have the upperhand. we were forced to do this online classes though we don't have a stable connection and telecoms have not yet reached our area. I mean, I'm very sad about this online class and as it draws near, I think, my anxiety is building up too and it's very not healthy for me. I, WE LONG FOR AN ACADEMIC FREEZE!!!! please, hear us out. we don't have money to buy laptops, tablets. we don't have money to buy load for our everyday online class. tuition fees are still high, do we still need to pay energy fee of that school when we aren't even there, using the energy? PRICES ARE VERY HIGH! HOW CAN WE AFFORD TO LIVE IN THIS CAPITALISTIC WORLD? I THINK this is why our country is getting poorer as it is. Our president favors violence rather than health, imagine. and that's all happening in this time of pandemic. Hoping that when this letter arrived, I'm still alive and kicking. #YEStoACADEMICFREEZE #NOSTUDENTLEFTBEHIND
