A letter from June 7th, 2020

Dear FutureMe, WARNING: DO NOT READ THIS WITH ANYONE ELSE. I wonder if you're doing anything that much differently from just a year ago, although it's over a year now. I know that just one year can change a lot so I have some questions for you to compare from the past. 1. Are you still depressed as hell or have you gotten better? I hope you're feeling better, keep working towards happiness. 2. What are your hobbies? I'm sure art and video games are still fun but what have you been into recently? 3. Did you ever start working (Actually) on the giant Medieval world in Minecraft? I can't wait to find out what you've been building, and if it compares at all to massive Fwhip's world. Speaking of which, is it even better now? 4. What are you classes for 7th grade, and do you have any with Samantha or Maya? 5. How is school? It's basically a new school year now, and 7th grade has probably changed you, so what's it like in 8th grade? 6. Have you gotten a PC? The day I'm writing this Dylan just got RTX shaders on Minecraft and I really want them! 7. What's TikTok like now? Is it still horrible or have things improved and is it somehow better than summer of 2019? 8. What are you planning to do now that you're 14? Do you have a giiiiirrrrllll frieeeeendd...?? 9. Is your favorite drink still that Strawberry Rhubarb soda? Yummy, Yummy, looks so good. 10. Are you reading this with anybody? Who? And of course... HAPPY 14TH BIRTHDAY! I hope your cake is good :D I don't have much to say other than my life is complete crap right now. Quarantine is so boring and I hope 2021 is much better. Say hi to Sam and Maya for me and remember to keep them forever because having no friends is a lot worse than it seems. Side note: Have you gained any new best friends? Big question I forgot to mention, are you out yet to your family? If so, do you even have somebody now? I know here at 12 years old I'm way too young for that and It's my dream to have a girlfriend but that takes time to get to know her and figure things out, so don't rush anything. Don't be so desperate that you pretend to love someone because they like you and you hate being single so much. One last thing I wanted to mention is in general, how are you? 2020 was probably the worst year with starting with threats of WWIII, then Kobe Bryant died and fires were ******* Australia, THEN IN MARCH WE HAVE CORONA, April quarantine started and ****** HORNETS swarmed the US, May and now June we have the Black Lives Matter protests, with Gen-Z, the Karens, witches, the Amish people, ANONYMOUS, and like 13 other countries on our side. There are so many things happening and it's crazy so just stay safe out there. Here's to another year soon, 2022. Wow.
