A letter from January 2nd, 2014

Dear FutureMe, I'm sorry it's been so long. Quick rundown. School: Acceptable. All A's and B's. Lab didn't **** me over as bad as they could have. GPA raised a bit. 3.27, I think. Pharm School: 2 apps sent. Will do the rest tomorrow. Gaming: Acceptable. Elsword, FFXIV. Purchased many new games. Got Kingdom hearts 1.5. Right now, almost done with KH1. Could finish it, but fixing loose ends in proud mode. It's hard. Finally caught up with my bonus EXP deficit in FFXIV. Playing with Lucy, and Lucy's friend Leo. Both good people. Brian is now also on my server. Guild has gone down. Romance: Far better. Wake up call. Wendy is dating Quan. We haven't really loved Wendy in a while. Sending out feelers for new girls now. Do know that obsession is not okay. Goals are fine, but actively pursue them. This is what happens when you don't. Also, don't pursue impossible goals, like Wendy was. Always remember though, be yourself. Here's a long list of thoughts. Plans: Love Life: Become the person you would want to date. I don't recall who wrote that, but it is good advice. What kind of person do I want to date? What are my interests? I love food. Video games. Fandoms. Reading. Shooting things. Martial arts. Food: Learn to cook. Have good food in your fridge to be cooked and consumed. Eat healthier, but this is one of the less important ones. As long as you exercise and eat vitamins, you should be alright. Above all, never forget to always be hungry and to eat everything. You have a reputation to maintain. In this day and age, however, learning to cook is very important. Video games: Just find a gamer girl. Lynn fits this, as did Maddy. Perhaps Christine will as well. Play less video games, though, and sacrifice some gaming time to exercise and hang out with friends. Company is always nice. But sometimes it's not. After all, you can't be left out if you have no one to leave you out, hm? Fandoms: Lynn and Christine also fit into this. It never hurts to join new fandoms. Kelly is also a fangirl. Reading: Fairly low on the list. But, it's always nice to find someone who can sit down with a good book. Lynn fits, idk about Chrstine. Kelly likes to read. Shooting Things: Always fun. Lynn enjoys BB ****, no one else seems interested in shooting things. Not that important. Martial Arts: Also not that important. But hey, preferably with a taste in silly movies. Who do I want to date? Lynn and possibly Christine Gerodimos. Send out some feelers and see what kind of person Christine is. She has piqued my interest, so it never hurts to check out a lead. However, the optimal girl does not exist. Find love in their flaws, as they should with you as well. Regardless, traits: Gamer. Fandom. Reader. Food-lover. And then, something odd. We wish for an intelligent woman, which no doubt fits both Lynn and Christine, but we also seek passion. Like Jie, someone who is willing to sit down and analyze every single detail until it's stupid. Like Kelly. Perhaps then, a spark of insanity? A List of Girls: Lynn. Philipino, so marriage will be an issue. The parents do not like Flips. I typically do not, but I like Lynn. Fernley girl. Gamer. Fangirl. Athletic, in that apparently she goes out and has BB *** fights. Her goal is to go into anthropology? I do not know about her intelligence and academia, but she seems smart enough. We should try to hang out more, but distance is still an issue. Chrstine. Half Korean, half white. The parents do not like Koreans. I don't either, but she's a halfer and friends with all the Asians. Very nice. Vegas girl. Fangirl. Not much else known. Fairly intelligent, and a biochem major. If I had to guess, probably goal is a doctor. Nose piercing indicates that she isn't raised in a typical Asian household, and her mother doesn’t hold as much sway as most Asians do. Amusing, in her own right. Warrants further investigation, but it will be difficult as we've only had one class with her and she lives in Vegas. Wendy. Give it up. Wendy is the type to get in and stay in forever. Do not try it. If she leaves, then we'll see how it goes. Regardless, I wish her and Quan the best. They are both good people. Kelly. Maybe. A fangirl, and someone I've known for a long time. Majoring in art history. Well read. A little stubborn, in that she doesn't seem to care about how she is seen by others. The curse of white people. Very intelligent, however. And she has passion for her fan things. Victoria. I don't know how it'll go with Mike, but Victoria seems to move through boys. Still, she has a type and I'm not it. But we'll see how it goes. A fangirl, but of odd fandoms. Also has strange but highly amusing tendencies. Very endearing. Never be bored, but you'll always be worried. If anything, I'd be a secure anchor for her. I'd love to go on more adventures with her, romantically or not. Hides things from her parents. Hannah. So odd. Very intelligent, with a plethora of health problems. Claims to be a lesbian, but sources say no. Trapped upon the precipice of having white friends but an Asian-American upbringing. Likes scary movies, but not much of a gamer or fangirl. Still, she's kind of a super freak. Maybe pursue on a physical level? Korean, which would create problems in the future. End plan: 20 minutes cardio punching. 10 minutes weapons training. Repeat. Start at 10, end at 11. Shower after. Modify as needed. Definitely have to have your cardio good. Keep that ticker going. Lose weight. Buy food. A wide variety. Learn what tastes like what. Eat everything. Love food. Send out feelers to Lynn and Christine. See how that is. If not, then we'll have to be happy with ourselves. Talk to more people online. After all, someone you meet via video game is bound to already be a gamer. Motivate yourself. I think games and laziness have taken over your life. Sloth and lethargy are no longer permitted. Look at Chris Traeger. Do not become as much as him. Rather, inspire to be 50% what he is. The rest you may be yourself. Lazy, indolent. Learn about sports. Just very general. What teams. Who's winning and losing and playing who. The world owes you nothing. You have been granted a head start, and now you must keep it. You've been pushed along by family, but you must run on your own legs. This is the year to start it. Wendy's entrance into her first relationship is your wake up call. The world isn't sitting still. You've got to keep up. You aren't in love with Wendy, though you claim you are. That fire has gone out. Find another one. It'll hurt, yes, but we must persevere. Give it your all. Fulfill your obligations and duties. Bring honor to the Liao's. Remember, the world is going mixed-race, so don't worry about that. Chinese is the best, but don't worry too much. Find someone who balances you.
