Dear FutureMe,Seeing as of how you are only six months away from me, I imagine our answers will be quite similar. Now I usually handle stress by turning to God via prayer, devotions, and worship music. I have a whole playlist called His Plans Are the Plans For Me and it's full of songs that remind me of my place and of God's place in my life and that He is in control. Now that I have started running, it's another way I like to burn off stress. I really love it. I'll also talk to Mom about whatever is going on for me and getting the words out to someone else does wonders.
