its your birthdayyyyy , how does it feel being 18 years old , you have come a long way i am proud of you love ,your a young adult now and finally legal , you must be happy but please don't do anything crazy , just because you can have an id now doesn't mean you take advantage of it , stay loyal to yourself and take care of yourself , i love you and i am proud of you , don't give up , we have a long year to go , and we cant stop now , as you turn 18 , there is certain things you need to stop and you have to understand that your no longer going to be treated like a child , you wanted freedom right now you have it , use it wisely , don't mess up and don't fail yourself , stick to your boundaries and take care of yourself carol , by the way how is your relationship with mom and dad going , please tell me you didn't mess up again with them , always tell them you love them , and show your love , they are the only ones you have in your life , how is your relationship with God going , please tell me you have been reading the bible and praying constantly we cant afford to fail God , did you end up joining cbrscm or you didn't , if you did , how is it taking you ,must be tiring right but it will all be worth it at the end , don't give up but keep going girl , if you didn't join , that's fine next year you will get to do it with your bestfriend , look at your body is there any new self harm marks , if so then i am disappointed but it was not your fault , something must have really hurt you to that point again , but if there is not new mark , then i am proud of you , your doing great , your healing and that's the most important thing right , happy birthday girl , you have come a long way , i really am proud of you , stay safe and work hard , we still have a long way to go , so dont give up now , i love you
