Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, Today was our first coaching session. We talked about fears and leadership. I shared what it is that brings me the most joy. My growth work is to show up with what I want (and don't want) in a work culture as well as what my non-negotiables are. I am so excited to see where this path will lead us. I am hoping that it will find us in a new home with a new job that we love by the time you get this. Love me
