A letter from Dec 22, 2022

Dear Future Me, Happy Birthday! It is you from 2022. We are fifteen years old, God knows that has been fun so far, and we are only a half day away from Christmas break. We have had our braces on for almost a year and we are eagerly awaiting to visit the Dermatologist in February. I want you to know that you are a strong beautiful person and that you are loved. I don't know if it is something you need to hear but it is always nice to read it. This is going to be a really emotional Christmas for Mommy because it is the first one without Broidy, but I know we will try our best to make her feel happy. I hope that we found someone that we like, and that they make us happy. Right now career wise we are between a hairdresser, an English Teacher, or a Criminal Lawyer. Those are very different but we are equally interested in them. I hope we have an amazing Sweet 16. The one we have been dreaming of since we turned 10. This year we had a really nice birthday. I also hope we finally get a job. It is always nice to have a little extra money in our pocket for whatever we want. Sincerely, You from 2022
