Hey Jake, How's it going? Just wanted to remind you of how proud I am of you for handling TC's Tantrum so well today you were so in control but not forceful this job is doing what its meant for Jake. That is building your patience, also good job for going for your free swimming session yesterday it was nice to see you gasp for air after a few strokes don't you worry with a bit of training you'll be just fine good thing you booked yourself on the training waiting list.
