Dear FutureMe,
The exercise hasn't become a habit yet but it's becoming more consistent. My body feels better and my mind feels clearer.
As for my thoughts, well that's been more of a struggle. Sometimes I want to just watch tv and drown out everything. Other times, I want to eat every sweet in sight. Lately, I've been listening to audiobooks on faith and parenting and life in general and that seems to help me.
