Time Travelled — 12 months

Peaceful right?

Dear FutureMe, It's New Years Eve and I've just come off of the worst week of health after getting the COVID booster. I'm feeling really motivated to be healthy, strong and avoid perimenopausal symptoms through a healthy lifestyle this year. I want to continue with the plant-based eating, strength train 3x per week, up my cardio and make sure I continue to hike at least once a week (for my soul!!) I want to try some new things this year: I'd really like to have a Karen Carpenter sing-along night and I'd also love to start doing voice-over work now that the boys are in school all day--it just sounds like the perfect flexible side hustle! I want to be a supportive wife and mother and deepen my relationship with God this year. I want to save lots of money so hubs can get his dream truck, and the boys can do some service in Guatemala during HS to help them keep their hearts in the right place on on the right things. This is what's in my brain right now and I'm looking forward to hopefully getting closer to these goals by 2023. Life's short! I want to LIVE IT!
