A letter from Oct 31st, 2021

Dear Delight, How are you? I've just returned from SU camp, and I'm still bubbling with excitement. I went looking for peace of mind and fresher perspectives, but I found treasures. I got the entire world! I found Shalom — the beautiful, kind, tender, bright, and endearing African woman. I love her so much already. She touched my heart in a way I can not describe. I felt something I hadn't felt in a long while. I felt like staying in one place forever! I found McDon, the young lad with a promising future in basketball. I wish to do a lot in the world with this young man. I also found Divine, a treasure in an earthly vessel. She's sweet, troublesome, smart, and just so lovable. I'm glad she stays close. I plan to draw her closer. I found Precious, the shy, beautiful queen always throwing glances at me. I found Uju, an awesome lady that knows exactly what she wants and goes for it. I also found Caleb, Cavan, Goodness, Veronica, Favour, Nelson and Sika. Awesome people! Look at you, Delight. I'm so proud of what you've become. You've grown into a strong, calm, and brilliantly exceptional young man. Yesterday, you held Simeon, your bunk mate's hand and prayed for his ill heart. Simeon is another treasure I found at Ijede. So humble, disciplined, and reserved. I wish we spent more time together. Well, let me end this here, as I have to find a good job or suffer from SAPA, lol. Delight, you did all of this!
