Lately has been kind of rough. You've been carrying a lot of emotional baggage and not all of it is your own. I know you like to be the reliable friend. The friend who likes to give advice and help people through their problems but it's been really draining you recently. Please remember to take care of yourself and know that it's okay to put yourself first. All these emotions and feelings are overwhelming and put you in a mood. Take your time. It's okay to feel sad, as long as it's not for too long. You don't owe anyone anything, so don't feel bad if healing requires you to turn on "do not disturb" every once in a while. It can feel lonely, you've felt this way so many time before and every single time you pick yourself back up. You've never needed anyone and that will never change.
