Dear FutureMe,
You have now started your job in CAMHS as a band 6 on a developmental plan to a band 7 a month ago. Right now you are having doubts as to whether this is the right job for you or if you have a capabilities to fulfil you plan to move on to a Band 7. I am writing this letter to be sent to you in a years time because I know and have faith that by the date that this letter is received, you would laugh because you would be a band 7, you would know what the hell you're doing and be **** good at your job.
Be proud of yourself babe, you are a bad *****. You only graduated, it has not even been 3 years since you graduated and you are already at the step of a ladder. Many people have not achieved this. You have the tendency of not celebrating your wins! You need to celebrate this! You need to look at yourself everyday and be proud, your mental health might not be great right now but ***** look what you have accomplished with that.
Also, if you have not passed your driving test by now, sis find a new instructor.
PS. Love yourself! self care is the best care xoxo
Epilogue
about 2 months laterYou are now a band 7 nurse...
