A letter from December 30th, 2020

Time Travelled — 5 months

Peaceful right?

Dear future Pras, I assume you survived 2020 with lots of good and TONS of bad memory given the situation how the whole world was forced to be in quarantine due to a novel virus. COVID-19, even the name itself carries such a terrifying aura. Let's leave that aside for now. Let's talk about me and you. There are a few things I want you to remember, ya? Coz, 2020 was everything but expected :) First of all, e-Learning was soooooo stressful, not even exaggerating, that it made me lose interest in learning new skills or even concentrate on any subjects, let alone attending online lectures. But on the brighter side, it made people adapt to a different perspective, almost all the businesses chose online platforms to survive, families were having good bonding time and etc during 10 months+ of the quarantine period. Hehehe thanks to e-Learning, I managed to secure 3.96 GPA šŸ¤— Well, it didn't exactly reflect my potential and understanding of the subjects. All glory goes to Google, WhatsApp, and Microsoft Teams. Let's not forget, pushing to Mythic rank, binge-watching anime and TV shows, and Plato which were the main reasons for the deviation in interest on studies. But, man, that was so wonderful. I was so lucky to learn so much from my internship period, thanks to Jimmy and Dheeno. Always keep yourself updated on the latest technologies as this field is changing drastically, every single hour. Do spend some time on JavaScript and Firebase to further enhance your understanding of web development. Before I forget, let me tell this: 1. DO NOT trust anyone, but you, blindly. You will regret it, trust me. 2. DO NOT take anything for granted as nothing goes as we planned. 2020 should have taught you about this, right? 3. DO spend time with family members, they are the ones who are going to be there for you when the time comes 4. PLEASE save up some money and travel to India, Japan and Europe countries. Bring your family with you. This is going to be so wonderful. 5. Take risks boy. You are in your twenties, this is a perfect time. 6. You CAN be anything you want to be, ANYTHING. Internet is so powerful, that it is teaching more than a degree could for absolutely free. 7. DO NOT forget those who helped, directly and indirectly, for you to reach where you are now. Always message them. 8. BRO, please find a girlfriend before graduation day hahaha. Lonely madafakker. I hope you will find yourself a good regular job + passive income job to achieve your dreams, Pras. I am so proud of you. You have gone through so many ups and downs, and yet you chose to remain calm and neutral. You always take criticism with an open heart, which will mould you into a better person. Do something good for your community and your country. Live like a King, and die like a Legend. Will be seeing you soon, hopefully. Take care till then, Pras 22 Confused young man
